Our history
FiSer was born after a group of friends from very different professional backgrounds came together but with two key points in common, good culinary taste and the illusion of creating a restaurant that satisfies the two basic points of the culinary experience: cuisine and service.
Our cuisine is based on a strictly local, seasonal product, looking for the best fresh market products and giving the best version of our lifelong recipes. We believe that cooking should be shared, so we prepare our recipes to be enjoyed by several diners and accompany them with a small selection of local wines.
